Generally everything was fine . However, on one occasion House keeping forgot floor mats in the bathroom. On another we had to wait outside to have the room cleaned whilst we had been away for about 4 yours prior. So a little inconvenient

Had a pleasant stay

Spacious room, both bathtub and shower, nice staff, good selection of food/beverages in restaurants. Location is good and not to far from airport.

Low shower pressure, takes ages to wash my hair. Hard mattress in bed, smell of cigarettes in the shower some nights and often in reception area.

Would recommend this hotel if you're looking for active vacation and need a good place to rest

Nice breakfast and perfect placement. All activities were close. Nice view from the room. Also liked the pool area - clean, nice, not many people around.

Staff in restaurant was very slow and unresponsive. Poor choice of cafes and restaurants in the hotel and nearby.

Staff were very helpful, breakfasts were very good, we were upgraded to a suite.

Aircon was fierce and we had to turn it off as we couldn’t find a way to turn it down

Good value for the money on a business trip

Good value for the money, nice staff, free valet parking, and the pub at the ground floor serves very good beers and food until late night.

The entrance hall is not as big as you may expect it to be in a 5 star hotel. All in all, it's a good business hotel and good value for the money, but the overall quality seems to be lower than - for example - rotana beach abu dhabi

I booked the room two weeks before and when I checked the price on the first day of my stay it was 30 % cheaper!!!! I don’t know who’s fault was it and what went wrong but I felt very silly!!!

Good facilities, bad check-in experience

Bathroom is big, with separated shower and tub. Stayed here 2x 2 nights, once on 3rd floor facing side street, second time on 10th floor facing back street. Both rooms were quiet enough.

We are deeply disappointed with the check-in service. We arrived in the morning 6-7am. Upon arrival, we were told that the room will be ready in an hour. However, after more than that an hour, a guy who looked like the manager came and apologised saying it will take another hour for the room to be ready and offered us free coffee. While we were having coffee, people who came later got their rooms. After more than than three hours, we were still waiting for the room. I'd prefer the hotel to be more honest, such that we could better plan our travel itinerary rather than getting stuck at the hotel waiting for check-in.

The kindness and assistance from the management in a difficult situation I had with my husband. Very supportive team standup to ensure we had an effective

On our arrival the room view we chose was not the one we checked in, but fortunately it was resolved. We had the cleaning sign at the door and for some reason it was not cleaned after we have spent the all day out. They managed to clean after our complaining.
